  1. Rental period

    The hire period is as specified in this proposal. No refunds or discounts are provided if the property sells or is withdrawn before the end of the agreed hire period. Weekly extensions are available on request and must be paid in advance. We reserve the right to collect all items once the property is sold, withdrawn from sale, or the agent is changed.

  2. Cancellation & rescheduling

    Within 7 days of installation: $500 fee. Within 72 hours: $500 plus one week’s rental. On installation day or after 12pm the day prior: 100% of total invoice with no refund. The booking fee is non-refundable once the installation date is confirmed.

  3. Property access

    The property must be vacant, clean, safe, and fully accessible on the scheduled installation date. A $500 delay fee applies if our team arrives and cannot proceed due to access issues, cleanliness, or ongoing works.

  4. Display only & damage

    All furniture and accessories are for display purposes only and must not be used, sat on, slept in, or otherwise handled. Any items returned damaged, soiled, or missing will incur a cleaning or full replacement fee at market value. The property owner is responsible for all loss or damage during the hire period.

  5. Hooks & artwork

    Sparkle Space is authorised to insert hooks, nails, or fasteners into walls as required to hang artwork and mirrors. These will remain in the property after collection. We take all reasonable care but accept no responsibility for damage to walls, plumbing, electrical wiring, or other concealed structures. No 3M adhesive hooks are used.

  6. Stock & substitutions

    All items in the furniture schedule are indicative. If a quoted item is unavailable, a suitable replacement of equal or greater value will be supplied — no discount will be applied. Client-requested changes to allocated stock may incur additional charges.

  7. Quote validity & acceptance

    This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing and availability are subject to change after this period. Payment of the booking fee constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms in this proposal.

  8. Liability

    Sparkle Space’s liability is limited to the value of services provided under this proposal. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss including loss of sale price, loss of opportunity, or agent fees. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Why do styling prices differ by area?

Sparkle Space prices vary by area and by distance from our Lidcombe warehouse. Homes on the North Shore, in the Eastern Suburbs and in other harbour areas use more furniture per room and are harder to deliver to, so those regions have a +20% area adjustment. Separately, our furniture travels from the warehouse, so the further a home is from it the higher the distance adjustment: nothing within 15 km, then 5% (15–30 km), 10% (30–50 km) or 25% (more than 50 km). The adjustments add together, and the region does not decide the distance: Western Sydney and South West Sydney are standard area pricing, but homes there further than 15 km from the warehouse still get a distance adjustment.
